I have loved the Smoothie recipes, and, we still have many more of your great handouts to use for even more flavorful adventures with our taste buds. I never dreamed one of our favorite "new-to-us" type of Smoothies would be made from Vegetables! Our favorite is the Salad Green Smoothie with Cilantro and Basil, and, we have enjoyed learning about the "new-to-us" spices to use for flavoring our vegetables, also, without so much added salt, as well as we are totally using Sea Salt now in our daily Diet. We never dreamed we would be using a product called Quinoa for part of our Protein, and, it is so much fun to try the different recipes and ways you encourage us to fix these healthier meals for us. We have learned how to freeze the banana for making Sherbet in our Vitamix, and, it is a real treat for us, as well as it is so much fun, also, to make ice cubes in our trays with left-over Smoothies and for seasoning vegetables with fresh herbs and spices, which, I had not previously used before working with you during the on-line courses/blogs/websites and your excellent programs! 

 

The Book Study group was even more fun, as we learned together in a "group" setting, and, we got to view and see the daily struggles of our group members, as well as their photos of their newly-tired recipes, but, mostly, we were blessed to witness the "wins" of others, also, trying to improve upon their health and food choices.

 

We have both lost weight and inches, also, which is great, but, learning to avoid and be able to substitute the sweets and white sugars and meats with other products that are just as tasty to us, has been a bonus to us, as we are not craving the fats, meats or sweets at all now, and, we owe it all to you and your personality which connects you to those of us that were and may still always struggle with our choices. But, now, because of your programs, we will have confidence that we can definitely succeed in our goals! Thank you so very much for everything you have done to help us!" ---Vicki
